In this article it is stating that the legalization of marijuana can actually reduce crime instead of increasing crime. they have conducted studies to see if the crime would increase or decrease and by what they are saying it has been proven that it will decrease in time. they are trying to explain that marijuana could actually help us in many ways. its not as bad as people think it is if we actually took the time to study marijuana and all it really does to a persons body mind and soul.
